Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Asphalt Paving Crew Members to join our dedicated paving team. As an essential part of our crew, you will play a vital role in the construction of asphalt roads and highways.
Requirements
- Assist in the setup and operation of paving equipment and tools
- Prepare the work site by cleaning roadway surfaces, and assisting with the installation of necessary components
- Coordination and dumping of asphalt trucks and collection of tickets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and operations
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required
