Asphalt Paving Crew Member/Truck Dumper

Western Engineering Co Inc is seeking Asphalt Paving Crew Members to join our dedicated paving team. As an essential part of our crew, you will play a vital role in the construction of asphalt roads and highways. We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn on the job.

Requirements

• Assist in the setup and operation of paving equipment and tools
• Prepare the work site by cleaning roadway surfaces, and assisting with the installation of necessary components
• Coordination and dumping of asphalt trucks and collection of tickets
• Work alongside experienced crew members to learn best practices and improve skills in asphalt paving
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and operations
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required
