WGU is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join its Institutional Portfolio Management Department. The successful candidate will design, analyze, and implement institutional business processes to support growth, service levels, and cost performance across WGU.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, service systems, chemical, aerospace) or a closely related field.
• 1 year of experience in process engineering, improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies/tools in process optimization
