Manager, Business Process Engineering

As the Manager of Business Process Engineering, you will lead a team that engineers efficient, student-centered processes across the university, shaping the processes that power student and employee success at scale. Requirements

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality execution.
• Guide end-to-end analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement future-state processes and value chains that align with WGU's strategic goals.
• Use data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to uncover insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change management by collaborating with stakeholders and Change Managers to ensure effective adoption of new processes.
