Requirements

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of large scale, complex learning experiences
• Serve as a lead on select projects, owning design strategy, scope, and outcomes
• Translate complex systems, tools, and workflows into effective learning experiences
• Design and evolve onboarding programs for diverse learner audiences
• Partner closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross functional teams to align learning solutions with business and performance outcomes
• Conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research to improve learning effectiveness
• Present and deliver training to large audiences
