Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II role is a multifaceted position that provides administrative services to the Vice President of Sales and project support to the Chief Operating Officer, Science team, and Covered California for Small Business department.
Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years' experience in an executive level administrative role
- Intermediate to advanced computer experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience providing Customer Service to internal and external contacts
