MLT/MLS (Nights)

The Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLT/MLS) performs diagnostic testing under the direction of a Clinical Director, ensuring accurate results and maintaining laboratory standards. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture, QC, troubleshooting, and assisting with training. Shift requirements are Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts, no weekends, and no week-long overtime.

• Handle troubleshooting and communicate with colleagues
• Process proficiency samples in normal flow
• Maintain current certification
• Assist in training new staff
• Perform special assignments (training, testing)
• Maintain regular attendance
• Perform other essential duties
