Job Description
The job of an Assistant Community Manager at Western National Group/Western National Property Management is to assist in the daily operations and financial performance of a community, with the goal of optimizing net operating income and carrying out the objectives of ownership.
Requirements
- Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager
- Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
- Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi Voyager experience (desired)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree desired)
