Requirements
- Previous experience in multifamily property management
- Current or previous Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager role
- Financial statement analysis, budget preparation, and monthly reporting skills
- Maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws knowledge
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi Voyager experience (bonus point)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree preferred)
