Requirements
- polished, engaging, and energetic personality
- excellent customer service skills
- current or previous multifamily property management experience
- previous experience as Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager
- financial statement and budget preparation experience
- maintenance operations experience
- computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- familiarity with Yardi Voyager (optional)
