Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Western National Group/Western National Property Management. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager with daily operations and financial performance of the community. You will also be responsible for creating an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager or as a former Leasing Manager
- Well-versed in Affordable Housing regulations and compliance
- Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
- Familiarity with maintenance operations, landlord-tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus
