Job Description
Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Social Work Intern who will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality social work services to clients. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a variety of tasks including client assessment, care planning, person-centered service planning, and community outreach.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a master’s degree program in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensed Social Work or Social Work Trainee (SWT) License required
- Ability to travel in a multi-county service area
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic record systems
