The Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will play an essential role in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions. The individual will work across all aspects of the deal process including qualitative and quantitative analysis to support targeting, financial modeling, due diligence, transition and post-merger integration, and investment performance tracking.
Requirements
- Support external research and analysis to identify potential targets.
- Coordinate ongoing internal M&A strategy development efforts.
- Manage large cross-functional due diligence processes.
- Oversee virtual data rooms and ensure timely information flow.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate corporate development opportunities.
- Conduct valuation analyses to support decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the performance of previous corporate development investments.
- Provide analytical support for senior management as needed.
