As a seasonal, full-time RV Resort Lead Hand, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the RV resort, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience through strong customer service and operational oversight.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience using Campspot or other campground reservation systems
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract
