Job Description
The Ticketing Administrative Assistant - Summer Student position provides hands-on support for box office operations, administrative tasks, and event coordination, ensuring smooth ticketing processes and excellent guest experiences at Westerner Park.
Requirements
- Currently attending a business-related post-secondary program (an asset)
- Previous experience in administrative support, event operations, or ticketing (an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Positive, professional, and courteous attitude
- Ability to adapt to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Eligibility for the Canada Summer Jobs Program
