Commissioning Technician II

Westfalia Technologies is seeking a Commissioning Technician II to execute complex technical tasks with minimal oversight, troubleshoot, system test, and mentor junior employees. The role requires 2-4 years of field commissioning or controls experience, proficiency in Studio 5000, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Independently perform commissioning tasks and support non-standard system issues.
• Troubleshoot using schematics, meters, and PLC programs.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to validate and test interface logic.
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Support the commissioning of PSB, Transfer Cars, and other specialty systems.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
• Provide installer training and conduct on-site installation quality audits.
