Utility Steward

Responsible for heavy-duty cleaning and sanitation of kitchen work areas and equipment, including stoves, hoods, ovens, and ceilings. Requires standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and reaching overhead for extended periods of time.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to comprehend instructions from supervisor
• Ability to perform duties in hot to normal to cold temperature ranges
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hand to use various equipment
• Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation
