Job description
Join Westgold Resources as a Senior Mining Engineer to lead the mining engineering team in executing the mine plan safely and efficiently. The role involves managing infrastructure projects, monitoring compliance, and implementing mine ventilation strategies.
Manage infrastructure projects, monitor daily and weekly compliance, implement and monitor mine ventilation strategies, conduct underground inspections, and oversee the development of mine plans.
This role requires a strong background in mining engineering, experience with drill & blast design, and proficiency in mining software. The ideal candidate will be able to drive safe and efficient production outcomes and support the Mining Manager/Alternate with operational responsibilities.
