Category Specialist

As a Category Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Category Manager within Direct Sourcing and Category Management, responsible for sourcing strategies and their implementation for defined categories, ensuring alignment with Westinghouse business objectives.

Requirements

• Act as the primary interface for European sites on behalf of the Category Manager
• Conduct business and spend analysis using Power BI and other analytical tools
• Track and report performance against key metrics
• Support Category Managers in development of program presentations
• Daily support across Category Management team solving business issues and analysis
• Assist Category Managers with competitive sourcing activities
• Research, track and communicate industry trends, best practices, applicable indices, and competitive offerings
