Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager Performance Improvement to join our innovative team at Westinghouse, supporting our mission to provide clean energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of performance improvement programs across Global Manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience required.
- 10 or more years of experience preferred
- Experience in Continuous Improvement and Change Management required.
- Knowledge of IAEA, NRC and INPO guidelines and procedure required.
