Job Description
As a Senior Director – US Non-Utility APX Project Development, you will guide WEC strategic programs and develop, close, and maintain engagement of APX technology with customers ranging from staff level to Sr. Executive roles. The role involves market analysis, forecasting, capture strategy, commercial engagement, and negotiation. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in the nuclear or energy industry and knowledge of Westinghouse products and services.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or B.S. in Business Management
- 10+ years of experience in Nuclear or Energy Industry
- Knowledge of Westinghouse products and services
- Knowledge of nuclear utility industry and regulatory environment
- Knowledge of global marketing principles and industry practices, strategic planning processes, negotiation approaches, commercial terms and conditions, and contract administration
- Knowledge of utility work process and its internal cultures, including an understanding of business planning and processes
