Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Area Sales Managers in the West Region of the United States to grow the number of funded deals by partnering with dealers. You will identify, onboard, and develop ASMs to execute Western Funding's Sales process.
Requirements
- Hire, train, and manage a team of ASMs
- Enable the proper execution of Western Funding's Five Step Sales Process
- Set clear expectations for ASMs and use coaching to help them improve their performance
