Westlake offers a rotational program for newly graduated chemical engineering students, providing opportunities to grow their career and leadership skills. The program is a 3-5 year rotational program that allows participants to explore various aspects of the Westlake business, including operations, reliability, capital projects, and business management.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3-5 years
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC)
- Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
