Job Description
Westlake offers a rotational program for newly graduated mechanical engineering students, providing on-the-job experience, leadership and technical training, and the opportunity to work on exciting projects. The program is designed to develop leaders and empower them to challenge convention and engineer creative solutions.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years
- Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC )
- Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
