Job Description
The Business Development Director, Global Compounds drives profitable growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and validating regional pricing strategies. This role leads the development of the long-term business strategy in partnership with regional leaders and the Asset Strategy Leader to ensure a coordinated, global approach.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in business, marketing or finance.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field a plus.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience of experience in sales, account management, or business development, featuring a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, closing complex deals, and managing teams
