Active LPN license in Virginia, at least 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care, CPR certification, and flu-vaccinated

Housekeeping experience preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (FT) (The Hoy Center)
1 year of CNA experience, CPR certification, familiarity with medical equipment and documentation procedures, and flu vaccination
Registered Nurse - RN (FT) (The Hoy Center)
2+ years of nursing experience, active RN license in VA, CPR certification, and flu vaccination
Registered Medication Aide-RMA (PRN)(Enhanced Services)
Current RMA and CNA licenses, CPR and First Aid certification, and flu vaccination required
Outreach Coordinator
Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years experience in home health, sales experience desired
Registered Nurse-RN (PRN)(Hospice House)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Active RN license in Virginia, At least 2 years of experience in skilled nursing, assisted living or home health nursing
