Fine Dining Cook

We are seeking a Fine Dining Cook to join our team at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques, and be able to work well independently. Responsibilities include hot food preparation, serving tasteful and eye-appealing food items, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Requirements

• Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques.
• General knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Will be available to work weekends, holidays, nights, and special events.
• Flu Vaccinated.
• Prior cooking experience in food.
• COVID-19 Vaccinated.
