Assistant Dining Manager

The Assistant Dining Manager is responsible for the service in WCBay's various dining spaces on campus, ensuring quality and enjoyable dining experiences for residents, guests, and team members. The role involves managing service teams, supervising Dining Room Supervisors and Culinary Leadership, and promoting professional growth and development. The Assistant Dining Manager also ensures proper health and sanitation procedures, manages food cost, and coordinates marketing and advertisement activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 4+ years of restaurant management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety/sanitation procedures & practices, dining room service techniques, customer service excellence, plate presentation, sanitation, food handling, personnel administration and special functions.
• ServSafe certified
• Flu-Vaccinated
