Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing and clinical intervention and medication administration for assigned residents on a nursing unit and ensures smooth operations of the unit for a designated shift. The LPN will model core values of respect, passion, and professionalism and hold others accountable for doing the same.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Virginia (or compact)
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year of nursing experience, one of which is in a long-term care facility
- Flu-Vaccinated
- Preferred experience with Microsoft and Google Applications
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
