Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN (Home Health)

Westminster Canterbury at Home is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The LPN will conduct ongoing assessments, communicate with the healthcare team, and collaborate with community resources to meet patient needs.

Requirements

• Active Virginia (or compact) unencumbered LPN License
• At least one-year experience in acute clinical care
• Current CPR certification
• Valid state driver's license
• Motor Vehicle Driving Record satisfactory to Westminster-Canterbury and its insurance providers
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance
• Flu-vaccinated
