Maintenance Technician (Elwood Garden Apt.)-FREE HEALTHCARE

The Maintenance Technician supports one or multiple apartment properties maintaining routine service requests as well as preventative maintenance. He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.

Requirements

• Lifting and moving heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt, etc.)
• Performing routine, preventative maintenance
• Knowledge and practice of a variety of building trade skills
• Ability to work on step/extension ladders and roofs while following safety protocols
• Ability to work an on-call schedule as required
• Reliable work ethic and dependable transportation; must maintain valid driver’s license and working vehicle
