Job Description
The Maintenance Technician supports one or multiple apartment properties maintaining routine service requests as well as preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools
- Lifting and moving heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt, etc.)
- Ability to work on step/extension ladders and roofs while following safety protocols
