OSP Design Lead

Join our growing team at WesTower Communications Ltd. as OSP Design Lead! We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a large cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Electrical, Civil, Architectural Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in engineering fibre optic networks
• Excellent knowledge, skills, and working experience with Autodesk AutoCAD
• Excellent knowledge of municipal and 3rd party permitting processes for building fiber optic networks
• Knowledge of CSA standards, including but not limited to CSA 22.3
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• An initiative-taking, self-starter with an attention to detail
