Customer Service Officer

We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Kingscote branch. You'll be the friendly face customers see when they walk into our branch, helping them with everyday banking and making sure they feel welcomed and supported.

Requirements

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality or similar)
• Confidence talking to people and a friendly, approachable attitude
• Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling cash
• Willingness to learn new systems and technology
• Ability to stay calm and professional when things get busy
