You'll play a central role in how Westpac understands and manages its Group cost base, delivering clear, driver-based insights on expense performance and supporting Executive and Board decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in Group or Divisional FP&A, performance or expense analytics within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of planning, forecasting and performance reporting cycles.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience with TM1 or a similar enterprise planning or general ledger platform.
- Strong financial modelling, variance analysis and scenario planning capability.
- CA / CPA qualification, or working towards one, is desirable.
