Job Description
Join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Group Performance & Analytics, leading revenue analytics and insights for Board, Committee, Executive and leadership requests. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and drive transformation to simplify and streamline reporting.
Requirements
- Several years banking experience
- CA, CPA or relevant qualifications
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement, management and partnering experience
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Proven data and reporting experience including use and understanding of BI applications, data warehousing and web-based reporting
- Experience with software project management lifecycle in an agile environment
- Banking revenue analytics experience
