Manager, Indigenous Customer Strategy

You’ll play a key role in shaping how Westpac supports and responds to the needs of Indigenous customers. Working closely with the Executive Manager, you’ll help develop and embed an Indigenous customer value proposition across our customer facing teams. This is a 12month opportunity with flexible working options, where you’ll turn insights into meaningful action and guide how we approach emerging topics affecting Indigenous peoples- so your work genuinely makes a difference.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, customer insights, product development or engagement
• Confident collaborator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
