Senior Manager Aboriginal Engagement & Co-Design

This is an opportunity to provide strategic leadership to embed Aboriginal voices in Transport for NSW decision-making, program design and delivery, and to co-design, drive and implement changes to strengthen future programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience leading Aboriginal engagement and co-design at scale
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver equitable outcomes in government or complex service environments
• Strong knowledge of Aboriginal cultural protocols, community governance, and relevant legislation/policies
