Requirements
- Lead data analysis to understand data attributes and table relationships, validate assumptions, and quantify data volumes to inform decision-making.
- Define and embed data governance practices for the process inventory and reporting, partnering with stakeholders to improve consistency and usability.
- Partner with Business Performance/Process Office teams to shape reporting requirements and deliver insights and dashboards that support leadership decisions and benefits tracking.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit, analyse and document requirements, facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and secure agreement on scope and outcomes.
- Operate effectively across multiple initiatives and streams in an Agile environment, supporting planning and ceremonies, managing the analysis backlog, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions across requirements, data and delivery; provide clear status and escalate appropriately to protect outcomes.
