Job Description
Join Westpac as a Senior Relationship Manager to support agribusiness customers across Central Victoria and surrounding regions. You will partner with family-owned agribusinesses, building trusted relationships and supporting customers through every stage of their business lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrated experience in agribusiness banking with a strong understanding of regional industries
- Proven customer acquisition and relationship building experience
- Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring
- A customer first mindset with a focus on portfolio growth and business development
- A strong local network or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships
