As a Technology People Lead in our Fraud and FinCrime team, you will play a key role in building a high performing and positive culture. You will lead and develop a high performing team, supporting their career growth and wellbeing.
Requirements
- At least 8 yearsâ experience managing technical professionals.
- Proven leadership experience with large teams
- Experience in recruitment and managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Subject matter expertise in the relevant technology practice area is preferred.
