Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience managing technical professionals.
• Proven leadership experience with large teams.
• Experience in recruitment and managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop and grow high performing people, providing clarity and maximising performance.
• Subject matter expertise in the relevant technology practice area is preferred.
