Customer Service Representative - Kerikeri and Kaikohe

We're looking for a customer service representative to support our Kerikeri and Kaikohe branches. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and guiding customers through digital tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, has a strong background in customer service or administration, and is comfortable using digital tools. The role is part-time, permanent, and requires travel to both branches.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service or administration
• Confidence using digital tools and guiding customers through them with ease
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and composed
• Understanding of financial services, compliance, or regulated environments (or willingness to learn)
• Natural talent for problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing customer needs
