Sr. Product Engineer (Front-End) - Trips Team

WeTravel is a platform that empowers entrepreneurs to launch and grow their own travel business. We're looking for a Sr. Product Engineer to join our team and help us build the operating system for the multi-day group travel industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in building consumer-facing user experiences at scale
• Expertise with React/React Native and/or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in multicultural, distributed teams
• Experience using AI assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot for code generation and testing
• Experience leading projects and mentoring other engineers
