Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Engineering in the WEX Mobility Engineering organization to lead engineering for one of the Mobility verticals that caters payments solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering with 7 years of engineering management experience managing managers and ICs.
- Expertise in rapid development and deployment using cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and dynamic decision-making skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
