Job Description
The Administrative Executive will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities, including managing office inventory, coordinating employee engagement activities, and supporting procurement and logistics functions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 23 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in SAP (PO and GR) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
