Job Description
Assist the Head of Operations and Assistant Head of Operations Administrations in daily tasks and matters. Coordinate with departments, prepare invoices, follow up with customers, and reconcile finances. Use ERP system and maintain historical records.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong work ethics, initiative, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry (advantageous)
