Job Description
Whaley Foodservice, LLC is hiring a Lead Service Technician to provide maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration. The position requires three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Requirements
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration.
- Communicates status updates for part order(s) and repairs with branch support and customer.
- Completes service calls accurately and timely.
- Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
- Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with Whaley standards of safety.
- Meets on-call requirements.
