Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Customer Experience Team Lead to join their team, responsible for driving user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. The team lead will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving team productivity, and delivering a quality experience for customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of support operations experience
- Leadership skills to motivate a team
- Analytical and data-driven with experience in Zendesk and data platforms
- Ability to make tough decisions balancing quality and quantity
- Familiarity with startups, marketplaces, or e-commerce
- Experience in multichannel support operations
- Flexibility to work shifts, holidays, and outside standard schedule
