Job Description
Join Whatnot as a senior leader in our Infrastructure team to oversee our Platform Engineering team and build scalable, reliable, and performant systems for millions of users. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure engineering leadership roles
- Experience in building and scaling backend systems, real-time services, and storage infrastructure
- Strong experience with software engineering best practices
- Proven experience in guiding teams to deliver complex, large-scale systems
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
